What are your delivery times?
After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. A shipping confirmation will follow within 3 to 10 business days.
- If you haven't received your order within 10 days of your shipping confirmation date, please contact us at support@kortostructures.com.
- Orders are not processed or delivered on weekends or holidays. While we strive for efficiency, Korto Structures cannot guarantee specific delivery dates.

What places do you ship to?
We currently ship across Canada. Due to limited inventory, we cannot offer direct shipping to all destinations at this time. If you are located elsewhere in Canada, please place your order through our authorized retailers such as Home Depot.
All orders sent to remote areas generally take between 7 and 14 business days to arrive.
Do you sell directly to consumers?
Yes, absolutely! You can purchase our full range of structures and accessories directly through our online store. Our products are also available in over 100 retail locations across Quebec and Ontario. Visit the Find Us section for more information.

What does MSRP stand for?
MSRP stands for Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Price. This is the price we recommend to our retailers. However, retailers have the flexibility to adjust this price up or down at their discretion.

How do I return a product?
We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
