Our policy is for 30 days. If 30 days have elapsed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To qualify for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Items that cannot be returned:

  • Goods already assembled
  • Products classified as hazardous
  • Gift cards
  • Plans, installation guides or other downloadable documents
  • Concierge or installation services
  • Products purchased through a retailer, installer or distributor
  • Products sold off, for final sale or in liquidation

To make a return, you must present us with a receipt or proof of purchase.


Before returning the product, you must request a Return Authorization Number (RAN). Please write us an email at with :

- Order number

- Product # (SKU #) and quantity of item being returned

- Reason for return

Please note your tracking number, you will need to communicate it to us. 

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.

Depending on where you live, the time required to receive your exchanged product may vary.

If you are shipping an item worth more than $75, you should consider using a delivery service that allows you to track the shipment or purchase delivery insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive the item you return.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will send you an email to confirm that we have received it. We will also inform you of our decision to approve or reject your claim.

If your request is approved, then your refund will be processed and a partial or full credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 5-10 days.

If Korto Structures chooses to refund a defective or damaged product, the refund cannot exceed the amount paid by the customer for that item (including taxes).

There are certain situations where only a partial refund is granted (if applicable):

  • Any item that is not in its original condition, that is damaged or that has certain parts missing for reasons that are not due to an error on our part.
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery for reasons related to the product warranty.

Partial refunds are assessed according to the condition of the product intended for resale. A restocking fee may also be deducted from your refund.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)

If you have not yet received your refund, please check your bank account again first.

Then contact your credit card company, as there may be a delay before your refund is officially posted.

Then contact your bank. There is often a processing time required before a refund is posted.

Items subject to final sale or liquidation (if applicable)

Only regular-priced items can be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items are not refundable.

Exchanges (if applicable)

At its sole discretion, Korto Structures will repair, refund or replace a product if it is defective, damaged upon delivery or is covered by our limited warranty. If a part is missing or damaged, we will ship it without delay. If a product is repaired or replaced by Korto Structures, it will be returned to the consumer at the consumer's expense.

If a part(s) is (are) missing OR you wish to exchange a product, please complete our online replacement form to this effect and follow the instructions to ship your item. A tracking number will be assigned to you. A delay of 2 to 3 business days will be necessary to complete your request.


If the returned item was identified as a gift at the time of purchase and was sent directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equal in value to the value of your return. Once we receive the returned item, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item was not identified as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the gift giver preferred to receive the item first and give it to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will know that you have returned the item.
